need, choose the quantities you need, select your delivery date and give us
your destination information. We’ll do the rest!
Absolutely! To ensure that all items and shipping information are correct for each trip, order each trip separately. Select the same delivery date for all items for each trip. After one trip is ordered, you may start a new order for any additional trips.

After an order has been placed, you may make changes to your order up until 7 days before your delivery date. This includes adding additional items, removing items, changing quantities and any shipping information changes. Please email us at email@example.com. A CayTer 2 You Baby specialist will contact you within 24 hours.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. After your order has shipped, you will not be allowed to cancel your order. One of the conditions below will apply:
Any cancellations made over 7 days prior to your delivery date will result in a full refund in the form of your original payment.
Any cancellations made 7 days or less will result in a cancellation fee. A $5.95 cancellation fee will be deducted for restocking fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.
To cancel an order, go to the order number in your confirmation email and click on the link. A preview of your cancelled items will appear before you confirm the cancellation. After you cancel, you will receive a full or partial refund (see conditions above). Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.
If you received your order and an item is missing, or a product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
We ship to all 50 US States. We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or any cruise line ports of call. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
