How to Order

When placing orders select an available delivery date. This is the date you are planning to arrive at your destination and the date you would like to receive your items. Orders may be placed up to 90 days in advance. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this email to ensure that your order details, shipping information, and delivery date are correct. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order in My Account. See our shipping policy for full details.

Changes to Orders

After an order has been placed you may make changes to your order up until 7 days before your delivery date. This includes adding additional items, removing items, changing quantities and any shipping information changes. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please notify us immediately at info@cayter2youbaby.com. A CayTer 2 You Baby specialist will contact you within 24 hours.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. One of the conditions below will apply:

  1. Any cancellations made over 7 days prior to your delivery date will result in a full refund in the form of your original payment.
  2. Any cancellations made 7 days or less will result in a cancellation fee. A $5.95 cancellation fee will be deducted for restocking fees. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.

After you receive a shipping notification email you will not be allowed to cancel your order. 

To cancel an order go to the order number in your confirmation email and click on the link. A preview of your cancelled items will appear before you confirm the cancellation. After you cancel you will receive a full or partial refund (see conditions above). Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
