Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 US States. We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

For commercial locations including hotels, condos, villas, resorts, etc., please verify that your destination receives packages prior to ordering. If shipping to a hotel or commercial location, please put the hotel or location name in the company field. If the name of the customer ordering is different from the reservation guest, please include the reservation guest name with the hotel name. (Example: ABC hotel - John Smith). Please make sure the hotel or location concierge is expecting your delivery.

Orders are shipped via UPS and are usually shipped 3-5 days prior to your delivery date, depending on the location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing their correct shipping information. CayTer 2 You Baby is not held responsible for any goods delivered to the wrong address or for packages returned due to incorrect information.  If you notice a mistake with your order information, please notify us immediately at Orders cannot be changed or canceled after shipped. The customer is responsible for return shipping and redelivery costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CayTer 2 You Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If packages are misplaced or lost by a commercial facility, the customer needs to inquire and investigate with the facility.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product or you believe an item has been tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email A customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
